What services do we perform in our workshop?
Since Foeth was founded in 1908 we have had a large workshop with an extensive team of professional process equipment technicians.
At our 4,000 m² workshop we clean, mechanically test and, if needed, completely recondition (or in other terms: refurbish, revamp, etc.) process machinery. The degree to which a machine is reconditioning can vary widely depending on the state of the machine. All these activities are performed on process equipment for a broad range of industries, like the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industry.

Hosokawa Vrieco S 10 VB-S - Conical dryer
Complete overhaul / reconditioning in which, among other things, the bearings and seals of the drive have been replaced. All stainless steel parts are glass bead blasted and steel parts are spray painted.
Ponndorf Kassel 402-S - Dewatering press
The Ponndorf dewatering press has completely been reconditioned. Some adjustments are; The replacement of the bearings and seals of the drive. All stainless steel parts are glass bead blasted and steel parts are spray painted.
AMK Aachen VIU-450 - Z-blade mixer
During this reconditioning process the bearings and seals of the drive have been replaced. A new shaft was also mounted in the gearbox. The mixing area has been burnt clean to remove residual product. All stainless steel parts are glass bead blasted and steel parts are spray painted.
Loedige VT-1600/2 MZ - Paddle dryer
Complete overhaul / reconditioning in which, among other things, the bearings and seals of the drive and mixing shaft have been replaced, new wear sleeves were turned and the double jacket was renewed.
Loedige FKM-600 D - Powder turbo mixer
Complete overhaul / reconditioning where the bearings and seals of the drive have been replaced. All stainless steel parts are glass bead blasted and steel parts are spray painted.
Stord Bartz Ind TST-0,3 ROTADIS - Paddle dryer
Complete overhaul / reconditioning, including replacement of the bearings and seals of the drive and mixing shaft. All stainless steel parts are glass bead blasted and steel parts are spray painted.
Morton FKM-900D - Powder turbo mixer
Complete overhaul / reconditioning, including replacement of the bearings and seals of the drive and mixing shaft. All stainless steel parts are glass bead blasted and steel parts are spray painted
Brogli MH-2000 - Processing vessel
In this reconditioning job our professional technicians replaced the bearings and seals of the drive and mixing shaft. All steel parts have been spray painted.
